Lollytree's Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions and any terms implied by current applicable legislation represent the entire agreement between the purchaser and Lollytree governing the sale of products from this site.
Return policy
Contact us within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied with your canvas and we’ll exchange it. We cover postage costs if transit damage is the reason for return.

Lollytree endeavours to supply artwork colours as shown however variations do occur due to the unavoidable display differences in computer monitors and printed material. Lollytree accepts no liability for such differences.
Warranty
We guarantee your artwork will represent the high quality described. However, after delivery we have no control over the handling or hanging conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee against material deterioration or colour fading. Keep artworks out of extreme temperature, humidity and direct sunlight. Artwork may be damaged if wet.
Delivery
Delivery address must be attended during Monday – Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Deliveries are via courier and require a signature upon receipt of goods, unless otherwise organised with Lollytree staff. If the delivery address is unattended goods may be returned to a depot and require pick-up (or incur additional delivery charges).

Our designs, web site layout and content are copyright protected and remain the intellectual property of Lollytree. Breaching copyright by publishing or reproducing our work is a serious offence. If you would like to use our images please contact us for written permission.
